Greetings friends! This group is about meditation.

In our busy lives, most of us tend to avoid or struggle to find time to reflect on many things that happens to us every day.

I have created this group to share an interesting Deepak Chopra 21 days of Abundance guided meditation. The aim of it is to discover true happiness and abundance in our lives. *If this isn’t for you please feel free to leave this group. No pressure, only willing participants 🙂

Over the next 21 days I will post Deepak Chopra’s audio meditations with explanations and small assignments, which need to be completed within 24 hours of posting.

By joining, please take responsibility to be a part of this process for the next 21 days.

This is not my project – I am only acting as a guide.

The process is designed for 21 days and today is day zero (0) – creating a group and intentions.

As we know from research, 21 days is the time frame required to develop a new habit. Let’s do it together.

This group is only for meditation, assignments and creation of positive energy.

❗Rules and agreements

1. After a publication of a daily task, you have 24 hours to complete it. I will upload all tasks before noon every day.

2. If you need to write something down as part of the task, please write it by hand. It is advisable to start a new notebook.

3. Before you start writing, please try to get into a calm state. It is best to complete your tasks after Deepak Chopra’s meditation

4. Please send your questions to me directly. No need to leave comments in the group but feel free to encourage each other.

5. Be fully focused during your daily tasks and allocate sufficient time for it.

6. If you can’t participate, something doesn’t suit you, can’t keep up with the rhythm – please, leave the group. Make this decision yourself – it’s important for us to maintain the flow so that the energy put into this process does not dissipate.

7. After completing the daily task, please write in our WhatsApp group a message of 3 words:

“day X is done”

Example for today: “Day 0 is done.”
This acts as a confirmation, first of all, for yourself. There will be days on which I will ask you to leave other comments.

If you have not completed the task in 24 hours, please leave the group.

This is Deepak Chopra’s program, I’m only a guide sharing his information. The goal is to get to know yourself better, to change or clarify your values and intentions.

Every day I will publish a task, affirmation of the day, an audio file with an explanation and a meditation from Deepak.

This process is an opportunity to learn how to devote time to yourself and your personal development each and every day. Good luck and enjoy!

“Starting today, I am constantly attracting abundance with my thoughts.”

I recommend writing this sentence in a notebook and returning to it several times, the more the merrier. Remember, “our thoughts generate words, words generate actions, actions – habits, habits – character, and character breeds fate,” – Mahatma Gandhi.

Day 1

Good morning friends! ☀️🌈 🤗

Welcome and congratulations for committing to 21 days if meditation! I’m so excited and I know this will be a fruitful and positive experience for you. Congratulations for deciding to do this for yourself.

Welcome to Day 1 – The Reality of Abundance 🌅 🌊 🚀

If you have any questions, please text me directly. After completing the task, please text this group saying “day 1 is done”

At any point you are free to leave the group if you decide not to continue.

For each task you will have 24 hours to complete it and the guided meditation which is between 10-15 minutes each day.

I highly recommend doing meditation and tasks at the beginning of your day, if at all possible. It changes the course of your day! But if not, just fit it around your schedule.

So, here are the tasks for today:

1. Perform guided meditation with the mantra of SO HAM.

2. Write in your notebook the phrase of the day and remember it during the day as often as possible.

“Today I behold the abundance that surrounds me.”

3. In your notebook, please make a list of 50 people who have influenced your personal growth and development throughout your life. As you recall each person, consider the value they have added to your life. Thank them for how they have made your life richer, and wish them well. Notice how this feels.

DAY 2

Welcome to Day 2 – The Source of All Abundance!!

Here are the tasks for today.

They may be simple for some, but not for others.  Remember that if it is difficult for you to carry out any specific task, you may have a block here – an obstacle in your consciousness in the form of a limiting belief.

Be aware of this and don’t give up.

1. Write down in your notebook all outstanding debts you have:

Overdrafts in bank accounts, credit cards, loans, mortgages, personal debts, legal debts – debts of any kind.  No need to record amounts, only to whom and for what.

For example: mortgage, car loan, debt to John for last night, and whatever else it may be.

Then make a list of all your recurring monthly payments.  Again, without numbers, just a list.

For example: rent, electricity, gas, council tax, water, accountant, kindergarten, music tutor, gym, manicure, insurance, etc.

Everything you pay on a monthly basis should be recorded. Then also list your non-recurring monthly expenses.  Create a complete list of sources of your monthly expenses, constant and changing.

Give yourself time to calmly walk through all areas of your life in which you pay money.  As usual, you have 24 hours for this task.  You may have to add things that you remember throughout the day.

 

2. Write down today’s affirmation in your notebook or journal and remember it as often as possible during the day.

DAY 3

Day 3 – Mind, Matter and Spirit

Hello beautifuls! We can all benefit from pausing, allocating some time to ourselves and diving into the consciousness of abundance in a community of like-minded people. Also, it’s good discipline!

Here are the tasks for Day 3:

1. Draw banknotes, checks, stocks, bonds, bills, coins, gift cards and any other means of payment in your beautiful notebook. 💰💳💎💷💶💴

Draw so much to pay off all the debts and expenses you wrote down yesterday. Now you have complete freedom to create and draw a solution. We draw in order to make it possible to pay for everything you need in the universe! Use your imagination, your creativity and pens, markers, crayons or paints, etc. Draw bills, coins, bags of money, rain of money – whatever you want! Set aside any judgement and allow yourself to dream 🙂

This felt almost “unspiritual” to me and I was a bit triggered by this exercise – but I realized this was something I needed to work through. We’re shifting our programming towards money as spiritual currency to empower your light. Remember, this is not about a drawing lesson, but about allowing yourself to create your reality and let it manifest into your life. While you are busy designing and coloring, feel the satisfaction of creating a balance between debts and expenses and the means of payment that you create – as if it were a real payment of your expenses and debts. Have fun with it!

2. Write down the affirmation of the day in your notebook and try to remember it during the day.

DAY 4

Day 4 – Pure Consciousness

Hello , friends!
Abundance is already beginning to come into our lives. These past three days have shown that you are ready to discover new possibilities. Congratulations. 🎉

Today’s task:

1. Make a list (this time the quantity is not important) of people whom you consider prosperous in your family or circle.  Those whom you personally know, to whom you have access, with whom you really communicate.  People who have achieved their goals in life, in whole or in part, and are happy / are perceived by you as happy.

Important!
We are not only talking about financial prosperity.  The important component is the joy, happiness and fulfillment that this person experiences.  These can be people from the previous list.  How much does not matter, even two is enough. Please remember, the more attention and reflection you give to these simple tasks, the greater the return.

2. Affirmation of the day:

“From this moment forward, I invite unlimited abundance into my life.”

3. Mantra of the day:
Aham Bramasmi

DAY 5

Day 5 – The Field of All Possibilities

Good morning lovely people.  Wow, you are all doing swimmingly!

TRUE ABUNDANCE is impossible to experience alone.  We will undertake a very important experience of expanding the flow of abundance.

Today’s task is based on the law of energy exchange.  Everything is made up of energy.  A person constantly exchanges energy with other people.  The first principle of this law is that balance must be maintained in everything.  If somewhere there is a reduction then somewhere else there is an increase. Energy does not just disappear – that is basic physics.  Whatever you send into the outside world will return to you eventually.  If you want to achieve a balance in everything, learn to give and receive equally.

Today’s exercise is entirely devoted to energy exchange and service and it’s a turning point in our journey!

Starting today, you will be responsible for your OWN abundance group.  It doesn’t need to be big.  Even 2 people is enough. Some of you may have even told a friend or two about this Abundance practice already.

Every day, you will guide your own group through the tasks from day 0 to day 21, just like you get them from me and will continue to get.

How to open a group?

  • Choose a profile photo that symbolizes abundance for you.
  • Name the group 21 Days of Abundance and invite your friends and family with the messages you first saw in this group. Feel free to alter the messages as you wish to set the tone and intention of your group.
  • It is important to explain the group’s intent and say that there will be daily meditations and assignments.

Try to invite everyone without any sort of prejudice! Don’t decide for other people whether it will be interesting to them or not or whether they will make time.  Perhaps it is precisely this flow of abundance that they now need and you will be the conductor of abundance in the lives of these people. And if not, they will just leave.  No problem! Potential participants should be prepared to become part of such a process.  Only those who are ready to change their consciousness will remain in your group so no need to overthink who is able to commit right now.

It often happens that those of your acquaintances who have the greatest lack of abundance in everything and whom you really want to convince to stay are the ones who leave first.  But please don’t try to persuade anyone. Everyone has to make the choice from their own free will.

Remember, you will need to send meditations and tasks every day and make sure that only those who complete the task and are ready to support the group rules and the general flow remain in the group.

For some, this task may seem difficult due to the extra effort that will have to be made, fear of failure, fear of the unknown or the fear of “how it looks.” It helps to realize one’s fears, doubts, limitations that interfere with growth.  Believe me, it’s easy to lead your group and very inspiring!  You only need to copy the messages that I am sending you and check the progress of the tasks.  You can add something from yourself & remember to alter the days/due dates. I want to inspire you to continue, because look at the community we are building, the energy exchange we are creating! 🌸☘ Let the love in your hearts expand, because you can contribute to the well-being of others! Consciousness of abundance is guaranteed to you.  By creating and leading your group, you will receive an extraordinary resource!

Today there is no other written task other than writing the affirmation of the day in your notebook.

You can do it! We are in this together.  This journey is intriguing and amazing and a real manifestation of Abundance. I’m sure that our collective effort will benefit each and every one of us.

Today we will dive into the field of all possibilities that appears during the silence of meditation.  The unlimited power of the universe is always at your disposal, within.  By making intuitive decisions rooted in this united field, you can express your deepest desires.

In your everyday life, if possible, continue to cultivate inner silence. Spend more time in nature, absorbing its beauty and observing how abundance manifests itself everywhere.  Immerse yourself in the energy of beautiful music, uplifting and inspiring stories, positively minded people around you.

By doing this, you will see how the field of all possibilities is widely revealed before you to help your dreams, hopes and desires come true.

I know that today’s task may seem difficult, and for some it will cause internal discomfort – this is totally normal. I encourage you to overcome it and create your own group big or small – the benefits that you will get out of it will greatly outweigh the fear! ⚖

DAY 6

Day 6 – The Seeds of Success

Good morning beauties ☺️ Congratulations to all of you who have created their own abundant groups! Woohoo!! Now we enter what’s called Operating Mode. 🚀🚀🚀 I recommend staying organized with your groups and remaining timely (try to post around the same time each day). Observe the order and terms of assignments and use the texts, updating the dates as appropriate. Today, we continue to work with our groups and begin the 6th day of the course.

The task of Day 6:

Many of us think that we need to work extremely hard to achieve material wealth. However, this is not necessarily the case. Please read below a statement which should define your new relationship with money.

“I, (full name) start a new relationship with money today.”

Money is good, pure, useful and necessary for my prosperity and growth, for my satisfaction and wellbeing.

Money brings positive things into my life. The success that I experience in life brings money and happiness to me and my loved ones.

I deserve to flourish and have a lot of money.

Money is my friend and the value of my investments in it is compounding every day.

Success and money accompany me, here and now.

I ask my parents and ancestors up to the very origins of my family, who had difficulties due to lack of money, to bless me and give me permission to live differently.

And I ask my parents and ancestors up to the very origins of my family, who lived in abundance and prosperity to inspire me.”

Please write this statement down 10 times in your notebook and/or make a voice memo on your phone and return to it throughout the week. This task is one of the longest in our journey, it can take about an hour. Before performing it – sit down comfortably, relax, inhale several times slowly and deeply through the nose and exhale at the same pace through the nose. Our brain learns through repetition and rehearsal. As such, tune in to connect to what you will write. All of this is done to harmonize your internal relationship with money.

* As a reminder, it is completely normal to experience discomfort and resistance to some tasks especially in relation to money and deprogramming from negative beliefs and stories about money. Money is spiritual currency designed to assist us. This journey highlights your blocks and negative programming clearly so that you can see what is stopping you from living the abundant life that you desire. This program is about finding our peace within to allow us to have peaceful relationships with all of the outside.

* If your hand becomes sore, take a break or consider recording the voice memo. (I have tendonitis which makes it difficult to write for long periods of time, and I enjoy listening to it every so often!)

DAY 7

Day 7 – *Spontaneous fulfilment of Desire*

1. Create a list of people (only names) that you feel uncomfortable around.

We are talking about the energy of discomfort.  It can be your relatives or people who are now far away from you.  The test here is to think about a person and get a sensation: “I feel unpleasant.”  Even if it is not a constant feeling arising from communicating with this person but something you experience from time to time, it will still apply.  For example, it can be your neighbours, parents, employees, bosses, family members, members of the government.  Someone who disagrees with you … does not accept your behaviour … whatever it might be.

Remember that these people, even if you struggle to communicate with them, at the same time, are your teachers through whom you get to learn your lessons, understand new things, and develop valuable skills.

Please make this list in your notebook in a calm and relaxed state.  Remember the people who knock you out of your comfort zone or distort your balance.  And as a cherry on the top, send them a mental greeting and a blessing 🙂  This is a very impactful exercise if you put your heart into it.

We have already completed a week of this marathon and I hope something good has begun to happen in a new way in your life and/or in your mind!  Big thanks to everyone for the discipline and maintaining the flow, you are awesome!  This is a big deal, ya’ll.  Honor yourself for committing to this journey and taking the steps – especially if they challenge you.  This is how we grow and make beautiful change in our lives and the lives of those around us 🙂

DAY 8

Today is about gratitude and the joy of giving 😌

Task for today:

To which person who is still alive are you grateful in a special way?  This can be a family member, an old teacher, the neighbour, a colleague, a friend, etc.  Thank him or her.  This can be a letter, a phone call, a Whats App, a text. 

Task 2 (optional but highly recommended!):

Find at least 5 receipts of recent purchases and write the following on each of them “All that is invested is good and will return to itself seven times.” This intention doesn’t necessarily mean the money will come back 7 times but that the investment will bring 7 times return in health, joy, service to others- could be in some way you are not even aware of. Receipts can be of any type: supermarket, restaurant, personal items, health, hairdresser, entertainment, etc. If your purchase receipts are electronic, you may create a paper receipt by writing the amount, date and to whom you paid on a piece of paper. I had to write purchases in my notebook because I didn’t have receipts. From now on through this challenge, on each purchase receipt that you receive, write this statement. Remember, it’s important not only what you write, but also how you write it. Keep the receipts in your notebook. Words have power. They help our mind build new programming and therefore create a new reality.

DAY 9

Good morning lovelies, and welcome to Day 9! 😊 Abundance and the Law of Giving!!

Here are your tasks for today:

1. Please write in your notebook 5 of your shortcomings / flaws which you think limit you – those qualities which don’t allow you to receive what you want in life.  These are things that you want to change \ get rid of \ learn to use in a way which will make everything in your life flow easier.  Try to focus and dig deep into your consciousness.  Try not to only write with your mind but also feel with your heart what these flaws really are.

Finally, I wish you a pleasant and a profound meditation.

“Today and everyday, I give what I want to receive.”

DAY 10

Good morning friends!☀️

Welcome to Day 10 – Abundance and the Law of Karma

Task:

From yesterday’s task, choose 2 things that limit you. Establish a program for yourself by writing down at least 2 specific daily actions that “correct” the things that limit you, or realize that there is a plus side to this limitation and start using it to your advantage. After that, immediately begin to fulfill the intent of your program. For example: If one of your flaws is being “ungrateful,” you can establish a daily journaling of writing down all of what you’re grateful for.

Phrase of the day:

“Today I make great choices because they are made with full awareness.”

Write the phrase of the day in a notebook and keep it in your head, remembering and saying it as often as possible during the day. Start as early as possible so that there is more opportunity to repeat the phrase of the day. In addition, listen to today’s audio at least 3 times. You only need to do the meditation once.

Message:

In today’s meditation, we will discuss the Law of Karma, or conscious decision-making, and see how, by making the right choices, we can bring much more good into our lives. When you make any choice, you may ask yourself: how will this choice bring more happiness and more abundance to my life and those around me? Having asked this question, shift your attention to the heart, and the answer will immediately become clear. By practicing conscious decision-making in this way, you will learn to observe your thoughts and make decisions that are more favorable to you.

How do you make decisions?

How can you make a more conscious choice?

DAY 11

Day 11 – Abundance and the Law of Least Effort

Happy Monday and welcome to the 11th day of our journey! Hope you are all feeling well ☺️

In today’s meditation we will look at the Law of Least Effort and how it can help us free our desires and intentions, directing them to the spiritual realm to create more abundance in our lives.  When your actions are motivated by love, your energy is multiplied and accumulated.  Release of this energy allows you to redirect it towards the creation of everything that you want.  When your spirit is your inner point of reference all of the immense power of universe is at your disposal.  You can then use this energy creatively, moving toward abundance and evolution.

According to your beliefs, how hard should you work to enjoy true abundance?
In what areas of your life would you like to create more abundance?
What changes should you make to release your desires into the space of universal consciousness – the source of all abundance?

Today’s tasks:

1. Please describe your mother in the notebook listing all of the following:

* positive aspects
* limitations
* what did you learn or are still learning from her?
* What brought you closer / unites you?
* What separated you / distances you?

If your mother is no longer in this world, focus on her image in your memory.  Join her and write what rises in your mind and heart.  For those of us who have lost our mother this will not be an easy task. 🤗  If this is the case for you, try to distance yourself from your personal experiences.  See your mother, first of all, just as a woman living her own, sometimes complicated life.  Our mothers are our fundamental female archetype that we use to construct our personality (one of 2 core ones – 2nd on is father).  So, it is crucial to understand what belief systems you inherited and how these are now shaping up your life.

DAY 12

Day 12 – Abundance and the Law of Intention and Desire

Good morning everyone, our journey continues 🛸!

Attention energizes; intention transforms.  Whatever you want or need in your life there is a way to get it.  You can program the universal consciousness with its unlimited power to work for you by clearly articulating the intention and planting its seeds in the field of all possibilities.  Thus, you will attract the right people as well as favourable situations and circumstances, which will help you in the manifestation and implementation of your desires.

Reflection questions:

What is your biggest intention in life?

What did you do to get absolute clarity about it?

How will this intention best serve you and others?

Task for Day 12:

  1. Give your mom a call.  Tell her about your practice and share with her some of the things you wrote down from Day 11.  Ask your mother what was the biggest pain / disappointment in her life.  And what dream or great desire of hers remained unfulfilled?  Write her answer in your notebook.

If your mother is no longer with you or for any other reason you think that it’s not right / you cannot ask her personally, go into a state of meditation, connect to her, ask from the heart, and listen to the answer.  Write it down.

DAY 13

Day 13 – Abundance and the Law of Detachment

Today we will learn how to abandon a desire to get a certain result.  We will learn the Law of Detachment.  Abundance comes in many forms.  As long as you create through desires that benefit the whole world, you can get whatever you want.  Symbols of abundance: a big house, a new car or elaborate jewelry will bring waves of excitement into your life.  And yet, these symbols may mean sacrificing the ocean for the sake of several transient waves.

“Live, overflowing with an abundance of love, passion, creativity and significance, and then these symbols themselves will ‘chase’ you.”

  •  What symbols of abundance do you dream of?
  •  How could they improve both your life and others?
  • How else will such abundance positively affect your life? 

Task:

Think about your mom’s description from Day 11.  Consider your life and your patterns of behavior.  Do you see some similarities between you and your mom?  What are they, how were they formed?  Write these reflections in your notebook.  Listen to today’s meditation twice in a row.  Have a wonderful day everyone, full of light and abundance! 💎

DAY 14

Congratulations on completing 2 weeks of our Abundance meditation! Can you believe it?!  We are heading into our last week together.  Feel free to share any updates on what’s been coming your way as we’ve done this work together 🙂

Day 14 – Abundance and the Law of Dharma

Today we are completing the second week of the 21 day meditation program of the Chopra Center – KEY TO ABUNDANCE.  Over the past week, we have examined abundance in terms of the principles described in the book, The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, from the Law of Pure Potentiality to the Dharma Law today.  When your life is full of true purpose, your dharma, or abundance, rushes toward you easily and effortlessly.  As the saying goes: “Do what you love, the money will be.”  It is not only about material wealth, but also about satisfaction, confidence, optimism, joy and abundance!  And all of its manifestations that will come to you if you live your true purpose in life.

What brings you the most joy?

How do you feel this joy in your everyday life and in your current work?

How can you approach a life full of joy, by living your Dharma or life’s dream?

Task:

Enjoy this day, noticing the generous gifts of the world that surround us, seek us, and ask us to notice and accept them.  Seek, find, accept and give thanks for each of them.  At the end of the day, write down at least three paths / sources through which abundance has come to you today.  Even if it was something very small.

Write down 3 cases when you deprived someone of the opportunity to learn his/her lesson. Think of examples such as helping a friend, showing your power over children, trying to control your partner, etc.

DAY 15

Day 15 – Living Synchrodestiny

Here are the tasks for today:

1. Write a letter of gratitude and recognition to the person who, in your opinion, hurt you at some point in your life. Before you sit down and write, cleanse yourself from negative emotions towards that person. If you still feel resentment or anger – you can write down all these feelings for him/her separately on a piece of paper and burn or tear it to shreds. It is important not to feel hostility towards your chosen person when you write a letter of gratitude to him/her.

Meditate so that the image of that person comes to you. More than one person may appear, but today we write a letter to only one.

It’s important that your letter is hand-written.

DAY 16

Welcome to Day 16 ❤

This day is all about gratitude 🙏🏼. Listen to the meditation as soon as possible. And make a little extra space to listen to it one or two more times during your day.

Today we stop several times during the day and recognise all that is good and positive in our lives, all the beauty that surrounds us and within us.

During the day look for, and find, as many things as possible to be grateful for.

Make an endless list as you go about your day, and let your list include all aspects of life, from the physical, mental, emotional to the spiritual. Small things and big things, obvious or mysterious… Be attentive and observant.

And as you notice all this abundance around you, breathe it all in and allow your being to be filled with joy and gratitude.

DAY 17

Day 17 – Living Carefree

Today, we will look at how we can live carefree – free from judgment and anxiety, focusing on joy and perfection of the world.

By meditating and immersing in the awareness of the present moment you understand that it is at this moment that everything is perfect and as it should be, and that any problems you might have are transient and temporary. You reconnect with your true Self, feeling happier and more free. Throughout your life you will begin to look at everyday circumstances with ease and meet surprises calmly.

How do you feel when you wake up every morning?

How much would your life improve if you lived with a light heart and carefree?

How can you switch your mind to spread the love and joy that you feel in your heart right now?

Today you will do a special task for Day 17:

1. Create a list of all the important things you have. Material and spiritual, manifested and not.

For example:
I have a smartphone to be in touch with the world
I have real friends
I have internet
I have love for my partner
I have cherished memories
I have a favourite city

There are no higher or lower values in what you write down. Recognize everything you have that matters to you.

DAY 18

Day 18 – Live in Oneness

Happy Monday friends and welcome to day 18! 😊

In today’s meditation we will talk about unity as the underlying truth of all that exists. As individuals, we are not always alike. We may have different lifestyles, beliefs and perceptions. However, these differences exist only on the physical realm. Whereas at the molecular and spiritual level we are all one and are connected with the primary universal source. When we begin to fully understand this concept of life in unity, the idea of ​​a personal “I” gives way to the image of a universal “I”. The concept of rivalry disappears and cooperation comes as a natural replacement. This connection enables deep feelings love and empathy to everyone and everything that surrounds us.

– Do I love people?

DAY 19

Greetings friends, welcome to Day 19! Only 3 days left, eep!

Day 19 – Living Love

Task:

Read the parable below at least twice and then write down your thoughts and feelings in your notebook. Moreover, today SHARE in the group – what does the parable mean to you?

Parable:

There was a King and he once said to the court sages – I have a ring with one of the finest diamonds in the world and I want to hide a message under the Diamond that can be useful in a situation of extreme despair. I will give this ring to my heirs and I want it to serve faithfully. Think of what kind of message will be there. It must be very short to fit in the ring.

The sages knew how to write treatises, but did not express themselves in one short sentence. They thought and thought, but did not come up with anything.

The king complained about the failure of his venture to a faithful old servant who had raised him from infancy and was part of the family. And the old man said to him:

“I’m not a sage, I’m not educated, but I know such a message. For many years spent in the palace, I met a lot of people. And once I served a visiting mystic whom your father invited. And he gave me this message. I ask that you don’t read it now. Save it under the Diamond on your ring, and open it only when there’s no way out at all.

The king listened to the old servant.

After some time, the enemies attacked the country and the king was losing the War. He fled on his horse and his enemies pursued him. He was alone, his enemies were many. He rode to the end of the road. There was a huge deep cliff before him. If he fell there, it would be the end. He could not go back, as the enemies were approaching. He already heard the clatter of their horses’ hooves. He had no way out. He was in complete despair.

And then he remembered the ring. He opened it and found an inscription: “This too shall pass”

After reading the message, he felt that everything was quiet. Apparently the pursuers got lost and proceeded in the wrong direction. Horses were no longer heard.

The king was filled with gratitude to the servant and the unknown mystic. The words were powerful. He closed the ring. And set out on the road. He gathered his army and returned to his state.

On the day when he returned to the palace, they arranged a magnificent meeting, a feast for the whole world – the people loved their king. The king was happy and proud.

An old servant came up to him and said softly: “Even in this moment, look at the message again.”

The King said, “Now I am a winner, people are celebrating my return, I’m not in despair, not in a hopeless situation.”

“Listen to this old servant,” the servant answered. “The message works not only in moments when everything is bad, but also in moments of victory.”

The king opened the ring and read: “This too shall pass.” And again he felt a silence fall over him, although he was in the midst of a noisy dancing crowd. His pride dissolved. He understood the message. He was a wise man.

And then the old man said to the king; “Do you remember everything that happened to you? Nothing and no feeling is permanent. As night changes day, moments of joy and despair replace each other. Accept them as the nature of things, as part of life”

Look at the events in your life (both good and not so good) while considering the words of the parable “This too shall pass.” Then write here in the group what thoughts and feelings you have about the meaning of the parable.✨

DAY 20

Day 20 – Living Luxury

Good morning and welcome to Day 20 – the 2nd to last day. Amazing job, everyone!

Today, we look at the concept of luxury, adding to your life something that is much more significant than just necessities. This goes far beyond just material luxury and should encompass everything that nurtures you. When you feel that you are worthy of receiving all the blessings that the universe can offer you, your needs are satisfied easily and beyond expectation. As soon as you learn to accept the grace that has been sent to you, you will give the sign to the universe that you deserve only the best and are ready to receive it.

  • How is luxury manifested in your life (including non-material luxury)?
  • What luxurious gifts do you present yourself?
  • How can you bring luxury to others?

Tasks for today:

1. Scroll through your journal, read the tasks you’ve performed. See if there is something that you missed. Would you like to supplement anything in the light of your new awareness?

After that, think about someone in your life and/or environment who seems to be unhappy or going through a challenging time. This person may complain often and have a generally negative view of life. It could be someone from the 7th day list or someone else. Share the parable from Day 19 with this person and write down what happens in your journal. How did you feel sharing the parable  with him / her? What thoughts, associations, sensations arose in the process? Did they answer? Did you talk about it, what did you discuss? You never know whose life you can impact and shift when you share with them what you’ve learned. 🙌🙃

DAY 21

Omg  this has happened so fast! Thank you all for staying committed to your Abundance expansion throughout these three weeks! And congratulations!!!

This has been a very intense and emotionally charged period for many of us, and remaining committed to this process will undoubtedly continue to reap benefits for our Self and those we love. This is the decade of more Abundance than we ever  imagined before, coming in all of its glorious forms from love to money to opportunity to wisdom, love and beyond.

Keep your channels open and clean so that your energy can flow unhindered! Remember to stay present. This is YOUR time!  Your future is in your hands; you make choices and decisions every day, every moment. How you use your time, with whom you spend it, and how you feel at every moment determines your life.
